Use or purpose:
Stimulant laxative.
Short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Medicinal ingredients per soft-gel:
Canada balsam (Abies balsamea, sap) 180 mg
Aloe barbadensis leaf powder (Aloe vera, leaf) 175 mg
Castor oil (Ricinus communis, seed) 50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Olive oil, Lecithin, Beeswax, Gelatin, Glycerin, Water.

Dose (Adults): 
One (1) soft-gel once (1) a day. Take before the evening meal with hot water.

Duration of use:
 Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days

Cautions and Warnings: 
 Do not take at the end of the day. Takes effect in two (2)  to six (6) hours. Do not take within two (2) hours following the taking of other medicine, the laxative might reduce its effect. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever.

Known adverse reactions:
Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
Do not take if integrity seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
