Our company

Prodex is a young company co-founded in 1989 by Michel Desjardins and André Gauthier. In 1997, they decided to market a line of natural products made from fir balsam oil and balsam gum under the trademark Sapino. Already recognized for its traditionally beneficial effects to the respiratory system by Native Americans , the Canadian gum tree has generated a great interest from researchers. Both biologists and chemists have studied this wonderful product, Canadian balsam, and have found it to have beneficial healing qualities.

Mission

Since the launch of our trademark line of Sapino products, our goal has always been the same one, to share with consumers all the wonderful benefits of Canadian balsam fir.

Our desire for better natural health is paramount and we put all our efforts in this direction, to better provide consumers a natural health product of superior quality and effective results.

All products are subjected to rigorous quality tests in laboratories approved by Health Canada. They also meet the new demands of consumers, that of being in harmony with the environment.
