My nephew has sworn by Sapino ever since he was little. It was the only syrup or lozenges he tolerated as a child. Personally, I always have some at home. Excellent products!
I have been suffering from fibromyalgia since 1997. Fibromyalgia affects the tendons, which creates intense muscle pain. Stage four sleep, the restorative sleep phase, is practically non-existent. This forced me to stop bowling because one game caused too much additional pain. One day, I had to go to the hospital urgently because the increased pain prevented me from moving.
