Return/Refund policy

Les agences prodex enr., will only exchange products for others of equivalent value. No money will be issued as compensation for our products under any circumstance.

The warranty provided by Les agences prodex enr. applies to failures that are the result of defects in the manufacturing process. The warranty is not transferable and is valid for 1 year after the initial sale. A sales receipt from Sapino with a date must be provided. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product or incorrect installation.

Shipping times can vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the options selected and your location. We ship only within the continental US and Canada.
